The hotel is conveniently located in the Brazilian district of Flamengo, making it easy to explore the city center and other attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, with newly painted walls, new TVs, and comfortable beds. The staff provides top-notch service, running the hotel with courtesy and efficiency, even during busy periods like Carnival. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, offering a variety of options to start your day. Guests are made to feel very welcome, and the hotel is situated in a safe area.
Some guests have mentioned that the views from the rooms are not great, and the rooftop swimming pool is small and occasionally polluted.

The location of this venue is great, just across the street from the metro and in a bustling tourist area. The staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome. The room amenities are fantastic with air-conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The rooftop pool is a relaxing and enjoyable feature.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and a well-maintained hotel. The hotel facilities were also great, with two lovely bars, including a highly recommended roof bar that offered fine views. The location was perfect, situated in a wonderfully convenient residential neighborhood, with easy access to transportation. The hotel was right next to the metro station, making it convenient to explore this city.

During my recent stay at Windsor, I was really surprised by the amazing food offered at the restaurant. The all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast was well-stocked and the variety was excellent. The restaurant staff were great, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well cared for. Even when we arrived late, they still served us delicious meals without any hesitation.

Fantastic service and cleanliness. The hotel recently went through a remodel and expansion, resulting in a modern and clean atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The location in the cateto area is great, close to beaches and various attractions. Perfect for both business and pleasure trips.
If not allocated a room in the new area, guests are left with old and dark rooms.
